Der Code für das Schlüsselfach musste telefonisch erbeten werden, nachdem trotz Bitte und früherer Zusage keine Info kam.
Erst nach Bezahlung wurde uns eine andere Unterkunft vermittelt, mit der Begründung: "Unfortunately, the noise levels at the unit you originally booked have significantly increased, and we are concerned that this might impact your comfort and overall experience." Jedoch war auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Großbaustelle, die um 7:00 Uhr stark lärmlastig war. Die neue Unterkunft hatte keine Parkmöglichkeit; nur ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Sie hatte keinerlei Kleiderschränke oder -Haken. Keine Lokale in der Nähe ! Reines Geschaftsviertel.
Sie ist nicht geeignet für Urlaubsaufenthalte.
Die Kommunikation verlief nur digital, SMS, Emails und Videos, außer meinen Anrufen.
Und das alles für das selbe Geld - zu teuer !

Einrichtung der Wohnung war gut
Deutlich verspäteter Zugang zur Wohnung, Geschirrspüler voll, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, ab 7:00 Uhr unerträglicher Baulärm jeden Tag der eine Nutzung der Wohnung tagsüber unmöglich macht, privat Parking gab es für uns jedenfalls nicht und kostenlose Parkplätze sind 15 Minuten entfernt. Für uns nie wieder.

De ruimte was netjes, mooi ingericht. Contact met de host was goed en snel.
Er zat geen private parking bij en parkeren in de omgeving was ook niet gratis, iets waarop wij onze keuze voor dit appartement wel hadden gemaakt.

Estudio moderno con buenas calidades
El ruido de las reformas en el edificio y edificios cercanos, desde las 7.00 no sé puede estar agusto dentro.agusto.
El proceso de check in podría ser más claro.
Las persianas no tapan bien la luz.
Demasiado lejos del centro.
Transporte público relativamente bien pero en fin de semana se tarda mucho en ir al centro.
Almohadas nada cómodas y de mala calidad.

Location was reasonably close to the city.
Bed was terrible. Pillows not great. Worst of all, we were given details of the wrong apartment. Some poor guy thought we were trying to break in. Very embarrassing.
Also, very noisy building works started at 0710 on a Monday morning.

Schönes modernes Apartment mit Tiefgarage und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, bequemes Bett. Supermarkt 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Bushaltestellen (kostenlos!) wenige Meter entfernt.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Sehr laute Baustelle direkt nebenan, auch samstags ab 7 Uhr kein Schlafen mehr möglich. Dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas, eine Vorabinfo wäre aber schön gewesen

Studio was fully equiped with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is full sized with every tool you'd have at home. There was lots of storage and the bathroom is a nice size. The parking spot is wide and the garage is easy to get into.
Only comes with one set of keys, so if there are two of you then make sure the one with keys is in the studio before the one without keys returns.

L'appartamento è completamente nuovo, così come lo stabile. Situato in un punto centrale della città, comodo e facile da raggiungere. Molto pulito e accogliente. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. Disponibile anche posto auto! 🙂 Permanenza indimenticabile.
È disponibile il locale lavanderia, ma si potrebbe ugualmente facilitare la permanenza degli ospiti con un ricambio di asciugamani.
