We stayed in Studio Flat 4, Garstang Road, Preston on the night of 21st/22nd October and have to say that we were very impressed with the flat and the cleanliness of it. However there were some minor things which we feel needed to be addressed. We couldn't find any details in the room on how to operate the smart TV, microwave or cooker hob although we eventually worked out the cooker hob. Unfortunately we don't have a smart TV at home so could not work out what buttons to press etc and it would have been extremely helpful if there was a laminated set of instructions in the room for these electrical items. Strangely enough there was only one fork provided to eat our meals nor were there any tea towels to dry the crockery after use. We truly don't want to sound as if we are whinging as we are not, we just felt that it would be useful to give feedback to you. Overall we were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
