Location

Firstly the location is great! However Many many things need to change to make this an enjoyable stay! Modern Apt. ???? No TV No Microwave Extra toilet paper Dish Cloth (to wipe counters etc.) Tea Towel (for drying dishes) Not enough cutlery Kitchen needs to be outfitted with large bowls to make salad , strainers for pasta Etc. Not enough wine glasses (for a two bedroom Suite) we had two and their were 3 of us! You Definitely need Am Information Sheet for Client I.E. “Welcome to Underwood “ Your Wifi is —————- (Our Wifi and network were incorrect on the router you need to fix that asap as we went our entire stay without) Please let your guests know about FREE WIFI in the reception areas as well instructions where the reception is located. You have a sign with another building BUT if your not from here who knows where to go! Instructions about the 13th floor on the other corridor of our building. We only found this out today? We could have utilized the WIFI but instead many calls back and forth until I walked there this morning and was told about this. Communication IS the Key for happy clients. I had to pay $16.00to have Internet on my phone to do my banking etc. That is $48.00 extra dollars w that we shouldn’t have had to pay. Disappointed for sure! I hope your receive this with well intentions! I I would expect some sort of perk for our stay. We do have to come back to London after we visit Spain. We will be leaving very very early tomorrow morning. Please see what can be done to make a satisfied customer. I have written to Booking.com as well. At this point no reason to give any type of review. I have not had a response and we have left the building as we flew to Spain early this morning. Please forward this to them again!
