The place was totally stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs that really came in handy because the end of the season so there were no beach chairs to rent. The view was amazing and the cleanest place I stayed.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The view will take your breath away when you first walk in. So many special touches by the owners. We have 5 kids and they comfortably slept in the bunk bed/queen bedroom. The washer/dryer worked very well, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Very well cleaned & super easy checkin/check out. We enjoyed the condominium grounds. The pool was heated & the complimentary chairs & umbrellas were appreciated. The only downside if any was at night there’s hardly any light on the pool deck. Hard to watch kids swim when it’s dark. We hope to make 705 the place we stay again & again. Thank you to the owners for making it a special place.

We have gone to PCB every yr for many years and have never had a condo this nice! Everything you would need in the kitchen, extra beach chairs, bags, boogie boards, umbrella for the beach, (we even left a chair umbrella to add to the collection), tennis rackets, and more. It was clean and beautiful! We’ll be back!

The condo was not only clean, well-stocked, and a great location but it felt very homey. The owners have done a great job to make you feel at home in their condo. They allow you access to extras like beach chairs, beach toys, and even an awesome little condiment drawer. The Watercrest was a quiet facility where we were able to relax. The beach service was an added perk as well. My family couldn’t say enough great things about #705 and this vacation. Also, we had great communication with Vacasa during the stay. We hope to return to PCB and stay at this exact condo.

This was by far the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Great location not to crowded. Security guard on property and very nice. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the balcony furniture and possibly include a recliner in the living room. Overall rating would be Great.

We have been staying in this unit each summer since 2015 and will continue to go back. The condo has been well kept with undated furniture and kitchen. The extras like the beach chairs and toys have been great for the family. The location is also desirable as it’s quieter than the busier areas up the beach. Super easy to book. Super friendly. Love it!

Not only were the Amenities as listed, but everything was organized and almost fully stocked. They had everything except extra except for food and Walmart wasn’t far away. Definitely would recommend!

When we arrived at Watercrest, the AC was not working properly. Maintenance stated the unit may need to be replaced, but it was on the weekend and it wasn't fixed before our departure.

From the time we opened the door we were amazed at this beautiful condo. Not only was everything beautifully decorated, everything was clean and worked. The patio was so pretty and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so relaxing to sit out with our coffee in the morning and listen to the surf and in the evening just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of God's creation. Our family has been coming to PCB for 50 years and this condo was without a doubt our favorite. The owners have thought of everything to help their guests have a nice vacation. Part of our family had another condo at Watercrest and it was is bad repair in so many ways. They were so jealous of our condo. This condo also came with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. We were extremely happy and plan to stay in 705 on our next trip.

This condo was everything that we expected and more! It was well supplied with the essentials and pool/beach toys for the kids. The kids bedroom was very nice and big with comfortable beds and blankets. The location was very nice, just outside of the busy town.
My only complaint is that the floors had alot of hair still on them, especially in the bathrooms. But we just took a broom to them. Most of all the condo was very nice with a spectacular view!

If you are headed to this location, stay in this condo! It was more stocked and ready for guests then Any VRBO I have ever rented!!! Beautifully decorated and all the “extras included”. Love that our reserved lounge chairs were in the price - this saved $45 per day. Thank you so much for everything!!!
