Not really anything the host can do about the surrounding houses being renovated. The entire neighborhood is historic so many of the homes right around him are being restored. The grounds on which the main house is on could use a little more grooming/trimming from an aesthetically pleasing standpoint but the inside of the Carriage House is wonderful and you forget about the outside ‘goings on’ once inside. The deck patio has been redone so it nice and secure. I really can’t complain I enjoyed the inside so much!
