Very quiet neighbourhood, buses every half hour, five minutes walk from sports club. Street is located at the furtherest end of the suburb. There is bushland behind the property . Kitchen has almost every utensil for cooking and food preparation. If the front internal staircase is challenging the house is easily accessible from the back deck with only a few steps. The lounge room is huge and the beds are firm. parking for two cars in the double garage with electric roller doors. There is a small pool / tennis table in the garage. Great wifi and Netflix is available for subscribers.

On a table in the lounge was a book about Bubbly but no champagne glasses are available. If one is sleeping in the ground floor bedroom, the noise from people walking and wardrobes closing is amplified greatly due to the wood floor. There are cupboards with a bench top sink, but no robe hanging of any description in this room, though it does have a king size bed which I found too hard for my liking.
