The big plus of this property is the proximity to the very nice Belleair Beach.
Room 103 is very old and needs a total renovation. The pictures on the advertisement are quite out of date. Unfortunately the room was even filthy upon arrival. We advised management accordingly. It was only cleaned the next day. Totally overpriced ($450.00/night for a family with two kids (14 and 10yrs old).

It was very peaceful and comfortable. We loved the room. It was very beautiful to open the blinds and see the water and watch the sunset and sunrise.
It felt like home. Thanks 4 the experience.
