The property is a new one and its really awesome.
The property can be chosen for Family, Friends, tours &, Business Trips. Its much comfortable for families (NRIs) who wish to visit India/Hyderabad with family and prefer to stay in a home environment rather than a hotel room. Its on par with a luxurious 5 star hotel room.
OLA, Uber and other services are just 2 - 3 min away as this property is nearer to the Gachibowli main road.
We opted for the 2BHK, Its a pretty new one and equipped with Two Air conditioners, Washing Machine, clothes hanger in wash area, Two King size beds, bed linen, comforters, pillows, Geysers in both washrooms, western commodes, wash basin in hall, two toilers, showers, fresheners, Iron box and Ironing Stand. I never felt discomfort in any of the amenities provided even I am a resident of Europe.
In the Hall, A 40-inch Flat TV, A big sofa, 2-3 Chairs to sit, 4g & 5g high speed WLAN. Cub boards in Hall, Kitchen, and Twoo bedrooms with Locks. Carpets in Hall, bedrooms and doormats at every door. The hosts haven't missed anything for a comfortable stay with Family/Individual/Friends.
In Kitchen area, 165/200 Ltr Refrigerator, Wooden Dining table, Micro oven, Electric rice cooker, Electric Chimney for exhaust, 2-3 normal pressure cookers, Mixie, All kitchen utensils, plates, glasses,cups, cutlery needed for four people comfortably. Room service, watchman, CC camera in corridors for security, Ample Parking for Sedans & SUVs. Big lift , normal gradient Steps, and a generator incase power failures. Ample water for usage and drinking water too. No hidden/ extra charges.
The location is in Telekom Nagar extension in Gachibowli area, very nearer to IKEA, AIG hospitals, Bio-diversity park, Bhuja, Extn 19-ORR, Meenakshi IT Park, Mind Space and Synchrony Rayadurgam Metro station- Blue line.
Host Mr Narendra is prompt in communication and in transparent in transactions.
The capacity of Geysers to be increased as its taking time to get more volume of hot water, but manageable
