Very Clean, really well equipped, homely, secure & quiet, free parking.
Customer service communication very good.
Nothing really but couple of things to quick fix:
Obviously had had smokers in previously. Not overpowering but difficult smell to hide.
Tv only really worked on BBC1 (distorted picture on all channels)
Key was temperamental in door to building
Smoke alarm kept going off/beeping intermittently- had to unscrew to stop it and keep resetting it. Probably just needs new battery, but initially was stressful until I managed to stop it.
Hot water/shower is fine once you’ve worked it out (although couldn’t get hot water on 2nd day) maybe basic instructions for initial use.

Superb property. Homely feeling. Comfortable bed. Particularly loved the decoration of the apartment. Nice of the host to leave some complimentary things such as snacks, treats and water.
Perfect for a short business trip or even for a longer stay. Easy to commute.
The host was also superb. Really helpful and replied fairly quickly when I had an enquiry.
Overall pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again.
