I accidentally left an item in the room. I contacted the motel & they helped to organise postage back to me.

Breakfast wasn't included. There is no real place to eat so needed to travel 28km back to Lake Jindabyne for meals.

Bath towels were getting towards the end of their life.

I’m giving Snowdream Motel a high rating not because it was fancy, but because for the price it had everything you need and you could park directly outside your room. It has a microwave, fridge and freezer and good heating and a TV. Ridiculously good value. My room could sleep up to 6 (it was only me) yet it was a lot cheaper than what was available in Jindabyne at short notice. It was perfect as a place to rest my head and wake up early the next morning to do a long hike in the snowies.

Did not see anyone I was only guest in hotel,was toaster and microwave in room no plates knives etc ,no one to ask office was closed sat sun mon,

The rooms were clean and tidy. For a couple of days stay, this property is good.
