Excellent location!
Cleanliness, there was a half eaten pot of rice left in a cooker on the counter, water marks left on the furniture, the floor was sticky, the furniture was stained however the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The host did not make contact over 24 hours after arrival so we didn't have internet passwords or television and he did not respond to emails asking for the passwords.
