The distance to the beach.

Ceiling fans were disgusting, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was the wrong size and there was about 18" of pink mold on the bottom of it. Not enough parking, cheap stained furniture, the stove was dirty. There was no place to put clothes so you had to live out of your suitcase. In the utility closet there was a cold air return that was open and it didn't have a filter in it. The doorbell sparatically rang, I looked for the button to push and there wasn't any. The laundry room was so small that I had to walk sideways to put my clothes in the washer. The TV services were terrible to try to find something to watch was a nightmare due to no directory on channels. There were 2 other rental units so we had to fight to park our car there when the other unit has a party. Waste of money.
