Enjoyed the large kitchen because we enjoy cooking and spending time together. The house was perfect for that! Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use everything!! Played cards, shot pool, and really liked the space offered in this home.

What a great place to stay. This home is very spacious that our family could all play and have fun without feeling on top of each other.home was very clean and great location with stores and restaurants nearby on Whitestone. A little disappointed the bbq was removed (still in photos) but apparently a previous renter ruined it for everyone else. Check in was smooth. Vacasa was very responsive when needing the hot tub tech to come out. We would definitely (and most likely) stay here again.

It was the worst! First i have to wait four hours because I was able to get through traffic easily coming from nj & they wouldnt give me a early check in. There wxcuse was the maid was there. Funny how i sat in the drive way and know one was there for the 4 hours. The first day no heat! I woke up @5am due to no heat! Contacted the property management and it took them until afyer lunch to contact the home owner. Who told them they were sorry they forgot to unlock the thermostat! I played phone tag for 3 hours to learn this. They said i wasnt aloud a early check in due to the maids cleaning! Lets say that was a joke because the property wasnt cleaned! Found cigarette butt in all the chair cup holders outside, Cigar butts on the ground in the front of the house and in the enclosed property. Sheets still in the dryer and washer! Then to top it off access to the breaker box or fuses is not alloud. The home owner has combo locks on the doors so if you blow a fuse you cant reset it. Finally i was able to catch a nap! But it was rudely interrupted! The home owner forgot to stop the lawn service. I wake up to some guy wondering the yard! They didnt speak english! Glad my wife wasnt in the hott tubb she would have screamed bloody murder! This was a harable stay! Plan on requesting refund!
