Location was great, so close to the beach. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, except no salt or pepper in the salt and pepper shakers (I assume these are brand new). Most items in the kitchen and house are brand new which is great as well.

Arrived during late check in. The code we were given to access the keys was incorrect, so had to call the caretaker number, then the keys were coded incorrectly so had to call again to get that fixed and access the apartment. A window in the bedroom was stuck open and no one showed when we asked for maintenance to have a look at it. The shower water splashed everywhere and 1/2 flooded the bathroom with a 2 minute shower, making the floor very slippery, and needed to be mopped after every shower. Bath is not a spa bath, and fills exceptionally slowly. Coffee pod machine is a Nespresso Vertuo machine. The pods are impossible to purchase in Mandurah due to no Nespresso store, so if you want coffee I’d suggest bringing your own pods.
