The Owner greeted us, showed us the entire apartment including a folder with good hints which he created himself in a very professional manner. Everything was available. Even coffee, tea and sugar. The apartment is newly renovated and very quiet! One is reaching downtown Dresden e.g. Semper Oper Parking (which is one of the cheapest imho) within 12min.
The second bed is close to the stairs, which for a kid could be a bit dangerous, as there is also no guard on the side.

Ein wundervoller, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Eine ganz tolle Lage der individuell eingerichteten Wohnung.
