Location is great, right next to the beach and close to all the major night life places. The place was clean and is real cozy, perfect for 4 people.

In fairness, I do not think the staff was expecting guests when we showed up. The address on the listing is not the address of the property, but the pin location on the map is correct. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced, it kinda folds around you when you lay down. Second bathroom only had 1 towel and no soap/shampoo in shower. Jacuzzi was not ready for use. Returning the property keys took some driving around and asking questions.
