The Location was excellent and the house has potential to be brilliant. The facilities were very good with ability to do most things whether that be sitting on the deck taking in the view, relaxing in the Lounge room watching TV or chattting (didnt understand stools at the divider between Dining area and lounge) also playing table tennis, garage awesome. Bedrooms were of a good size with master being fantastic. TVs in rooms great.

The standard of cleaning was very poor given people have to bring towels and Linen. There was hair in showers and the Kitchen Oven, splash backs and BBQ were filthy. we couldn't bring ourselves to cook in the kitchen given how dirty it was the skirting boards were dusty or dirty / looks like Pet stain on lounge wall where a dog had their favorite place. Also the amount of emails from the property was over the top confusing the entry process for me anyway (Think it could have achieved more with a couple of emails only
