The house is located in very close area of main city center and a few minutes from Railway Station. It's quaiet neighborhood so you can perfectly get relaxed. The interior of the apartment is cozy and have own style.

I had a small problem with water in one of the bathrooms but together with the owner solved the problem, which is good. Because the house is old dutch style has got very steep staircase (if you are young healthy - ok, old person or kid.... risky).

Distance was good. There was a chinese restaurant nearby that served legit cantonese meals. Space was good - lots of room to move for 4 adults and 2 kids under 3, but not designed to have sufficient privacy at Level 2. Heater worked well for level 2 and level 3. Checkin was easy - using Code. at first, the Code didnt work, and we had to call and get that sorted while being in the rain -.- what luck.

3 storey house, with very steep steps and no handrails. Not safe for mums carrying baby & toddlers going up and down the stairs. dangerous for elderly parents who have weak knees. couldnt trust my 3yo toddler to climb stairs independently. Has only 1 toilet with only bath/shower. and another WC only at Level 3. Toilet / WC at Level 3 has issues! little to no water comes out. Gurgles really loudly in the middle of the night multiple times - can be heard from Level 2, woke the whole house up, even a baby in deep sleep. *Could not sleep for 2 nights!!* insufficient lighting and difficult to find switches. We still have no idea how to turn the lights on for Level 2 living area. Very messy housekeeping. Trash out at the patio that did not belong to us, cabinets full of bedding linens just stacked untidily. Washer is at level 1, but behind a pile of mops and pails and cleaners that were literally thrown into that tiny washing room. A broken glass photo frame was in the store room in front of the washer room (i had to access this room because i had to use the washer, and had to put the mops and pails and cleaners that were blocking the washer somewhere). Has no microwave. Uses gas stovetop, we were only skilled enough to operate 1 of the 5 burners.. haha. Strict with Check-in at 1pm. We arrived at 12.30pm and it was pouring outside with 5 luggages and 2 babies.

Zeer leuk huisje in zeer leuk straatje. Midden in het centrum maar toch heel rustig gelegen! Voor 4 personen ideaal, voor 6 volwassenen niet ideaal slapen op de bank en veldbed. Het afwasmachine was defect waardoor we alles met de hand hebben moeten afwassen ( geen ramp natuurlijk) en ook netjes opgelost door de gastvrouw! Top locatie !

Het feit dat het in het centrum lag.

Het gehele huis was niet proper. Tuin was een containerpark, vuile glazen, borden,.. Waskot was eerder een rommelkot. Hadden voor 6 gereserveerd, was maar voor 4 personen beddengoed.

Locatie was perfect, centraal gelegen

De locatie, alles is op wandelafstand van het huis. De parking die ze beschikbaar geven aan een prijs is ook zeer dicht bij. Alles is goed bereikbaar.

Niet voor ons van toepassing maar, ik zie niet in hoedat je met 7 personen comfortabel zou kunnen slapen in het huis.

Zajebiozaaa

Dit huis is perfect gelegen voor een bezoek aan Tilburg. Het ligt echt minder dan 5 minuten wandelen van het station in een prachtig straatje. Dat straatje loopt rechtstreeks het centrum in, eigenlijk het mooiste gedeelte van Tilburg. H

Het huisje is erg mooi ingericht, met prachtige meubels. Minder fijn was dat er mankementen waren aan het venster (Dat de hele nacht moest blijven openstaan) en het toilet, die niet waren hersteld. Wij waren daar niet over op de hoogte gebracht, dat vonden we minder.
