The guest service attendant was amazing. The property however was lacking. Walking in it immediately smelled of mildew. The tray in the toaster over had not been cleaned, the fridge was missing all shelves and there were no coffee filters to make the complimentary coffee. It was decent for one night but I couldn't picture a longer stay.

We were very pleased with rental number 15. It was clean, updated and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the pool was HOT! Need to put up some sail shades to help keep at bay.

Pool/jacuzzi good location (tho didn't use) 8. more than enough towels/cloths/start up supplies 9. private 10. ground level private entrance Negatives: 1. no view 2. no sun in windows. 3. husband not comfy in bed, too soft, bedspread stained. 4. slight musty smell set his stay off on a negative. As you can see the positives FAR outweigh the negatives. I would highly recommend this unit.

We occupied 3 separate units in the same building for our trip to Long Boat Key and it was fabulous! All units were clean, comfortable and were everything we needed for our stay. Only thing I would say is to make sure there is dishwasher soap so we could have run it before we left. Along with more than a half roll of toilet paper bc paying $17 for a pack of tp is ridiculous.

We just stayed one night but it was perfect for our family of 6. Super quick short walk across the street to the beach and the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas already on the beach was great . We also took a short drive over to the tennis club and borrowed bikes for a morning bike ride . We already booked to stay longer for another weekend . Only complaint is the condo needs to provide extra linens for sofa bed and a choice of different types of bed pillows .

Very enjoyable...great beach...not much of a view from the lanai but it is surronded by vegetation creating a private environment. It is just a short walk across the street to the private Beach.

Beach castle resort is a wonderful place to stay for vacation. The pool and hot tub area is really amazing. Hard to leave this little spot but the beach or bay await you too. The home is brightly decorated. The rooms are open and bright. Tropical but local fish are the décor. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you would ever need. You don’t have to bring anything it is all there. The beds are luxurious and so comfortable. The laundry room is a few steps away from your home. They have plenty of washers and dryer’s so you can get all your laundry done at once. The ocean is so close and the bay is just over your shoulder. You really have it all when you stay at beach castle.

Unit 15 master bedroom and bath fine. Kitchen and living area good except for broken-down old sofa. Extra bedroom very crowded.....two queen beds were just too much...twin beds would have worked much better. Room and bath absolutely needed work done. Open beams that were not drywalled and damaged baseboards that needed replaced. Very unattractive. No anti-slip floor in shower....quite dangerous...also moldy and needed re-caulked...pretty disgusting. We made reservations well over two months in advance. Surely, we could have been placed in a better unit. Been going to Beach Castle for years....never disappointed until this past stay.
