Very good value, simple accomodation, including a simple continental breakfast

The property was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed. Washing machine & dryer which was good due to a week of wet weather. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, chocolate drink, bread, spreads, juice provided. Breakfast included in the price. Large TV screen

Shared bathroom as it is a B&B of which we were unaware. Low 2 seats lounge hard to get up from. Dog smell in the WIR as owner has 2 inside dogs. Need to tell owner you wish to use the hot tub so she will have it heated on your arrival. We did not get to use it, disappointing.

The communication was friendly during booking. The location as near my destination. My room was clean.

General smell, general cleanliness, noise, atmosphere, said private bathroom in booking but was shared.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great; close to eateries and in a quiet area.

The strong smell of dog's urine through the house and fierce barking of dogs in the house/yard at 530 in the morning; being told there was food on a certain shelf in the fridge for our room but there was nothing there; others recommended the breakfast but our breakfast in the pantry was UHT milk and cereal; bread frozen in the freezer but no marg/butter for it; owner was not home at any time during our stay and was very rude on the phone when I had to call to get access to the premises; we wanted to leave the house secure when we left but there were no instructions on how to lock the front door and we spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out before someone came out of a room to let us go (we thought we were alone).

Der check-in war ein einfach und flexibel, auch nach unserer Flugverspätung. Klimaanlage im Zimmer, um die Temperatur selbst einzustellen. Bequemes Bett.

Böden schmutzig und Küche sehr schmutzig. Wir haben daher darauf verzichtet zu frühstücken. Unangenehmer Geruch in der ganzen Unterkunft.
