Stay away from this hotel at all costs. It was the worst experience of my life. The scenes in this hotel were nothing short of a nightmare. While my partner and I were briefly apart in the hotel room, a staff member attempted to enter using a key from outside, and there were loud bangs on the door. We felt harassed and unsafe throughout our stay. When the owner finally arrived, he showed no concern about his staff's behavior. Additionally, the hotel has changed its name to Sri Sai palace, but don't be fooled – they are still accepting bookings on Booking.com. This establishment should be avoided at all costs.
