Excellent villa and sea view with pool facilities and excellent cleanliness. Very good place to stay for families. Kids enjoyed very well .

I spent a weekend with my family , the place is calm , peaceful and cozy . Perfect for a barbecue evening by pool side . The view of the hills and the sea is spectacular.
Nothing much to complain about, I would advise the guests to carry essentials like toiletries etc , in any case grocery deliveries are easily available over a phone call .
There are no in house restaurants or cafés , but there are options within a 10 minute drive .

The host Shahid was very accommodating, he made sure to be there and helped us with any information we required. The villa had all the facilities and the view was spectacular.

The house was very comfortable and spacious (we were a group of seven adults and two children). The garden was lovely, so was really pleasant to sit outside in the good weather. Close to Dibba and Khor Fakkan.
We don't really have any complaints - place was perfect for our needs. Only comment would be that it was a little bit expensive.

Location is superb. There is direct access to the sea. You can see the mountains as well as the sea.
The BBQ and the swimming pool area is comfortable with adequate seating.
Well maintained and clean property.
Location is far but worth the seclusion
