Es war wie in allen Bewertungen beschrieben sehr sauber! Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns einen früheren Check-in ermöglicht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Klare Empfehlung.

The location was perfect, walking distance to TCL Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Walk of fame. David and his housekeeper were quick to respond to all my questions. The building is easy to locate, and there was a designated parking spot in the building (garage is gated). There were some homeless around the neighboorhood (which is expected in LA and Hollywood in particular), but rest assurred that the building is very safe and well kept. The pool was very nice addition, and the apartment had all the amenities which we needed. I particularly liked the kitchen, comfy bed, and spacious rooms, as well as cleanliness of the apartment. There is Ralph's right across the street and Target quite close to the building, and shopping for groceries is very accessible. Highly recommend this accomodation to travelers who expect to relax and do some sightseeing in the LA.

David was a great host. He was very accommodating and provided my mother and I for an earlier check in as my mother wasn’t feeling well that day. He also met me and helped out with our bags and showed entrance to garage instructions for parking and how to enter the unit itself.

The building was great and so were the amenities. However the area was a bit sketchy. Saw a handful of homeless roaming the area. Thankful for great building security as I was travelling with my mother. Very convenient though to many attractions. The pillows could be replaced as there was no support. Very soft.
