This home was so clean!!! Usually rentals are top cleaned and you always notice things missed. Not this house. There was nothing missed here. We also liked how every bathroom had little shampoos and conditioners, which came in helpful since I forgot ours. There was also a 3 ring binder they had with helpful information. The pool and yard area was small but it was just fine for us.

The house was spacious, clean and full of amenities. The kitchen had everything you could think of including an electric griddle, instant pot, coffee pot, Keurig and nespresso machines. For the cook it had every utensil and dish that you would need. It even had plastic containers for the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, pool toys and a few boogie boards too! The pool and hot tub were clean and it had a shower outside for cleaning off after coming from the beach to the pool. You couldn’t want more! Our only wish is that we were closer to the beach. It was a far walk and challenging to find parking sometimes. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice location in Corolla close to beaches and shopping. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Modern kitchen. Nice grill and appliances. Pool is small but warm and clean. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was our second year in a row staying at Family Tides. It was just as amazing as the first time we went in 2022. The house is in the perfect location for privacy and seclusion and the private hot tub and pool really seal the deal. I would highly recommend this house for your next stay in OBX, NC. The home owners are truly awesome hosts. Thank you so much for making our family vacation memorable!

We just enjoyed a week-long stay at this nice modern furnished home in Corolla. Great location with close proximity to the beach, shopping and dining and the 4x4 beaches. The house features a very well stocked kitchen, nice open living space on the top level, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Downstairs was great for our kids with the bunk room, separate TV area and kitchenette with a sink and full-size fridge which was great to have on the same level as the in-ground pool in the backyard. The pool isn't large but was serviced before our arrival and very clean. Nice Weber propane grill which we used multiple nights for dining at home. We also appreciated that there were 8 beach chairs for the whole family. My only negative comments were that one of the bedrooms was listed as a queen and ended up being a full size bed and lacked a dresser/set of drawers, and that all of the bedrooms could have used a table lamp on both nightstands. There was also an ant problem upon our arrival in several rooms, which we dealt with.

Great place, even cuter than the pictures! This place has baby gates, a crib in the basement closet and even has a Radio Flyer wagon in the garage (we didn't know this until we got there so we brought our own everything so, Parents, I'm letting you know!). It is about a 15 min walk to the beach, which we honestly loved. We drove once and decided we preferred the walk. The place has ants, but it's Corolla so you kinda expect that and wasn't a problem for us. Recommend! Would 100% book this place again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was our very first family vacation, and our first rental which was a whole home! We didn't agree with the price for the heated pool, and only had one minor concern which isn't even worth mentioning honestly. With the negatives out of the way, pets get to the positives. We booked the wrong place to begin with, but the process of canceling and getting this one (nearly last minute as well) was really easy, and the text service offered works well. Response time is a little long, but we understand how busy you guys must be. We all were ablaze with joy when we walked in. It was super clean, smelled wonderful, and my 9 year old immediately set to the pool. The hot tub was amazing, but might need a little maintenance as the temperature buttons kept turning down. Once around this little hiccup, it was phenomenal. We were pretty close to attractions and beaches, but not too close. That was a luxury we didn't have tie to look into, so when we saw its location, we fell in love. It was easy to plan whole days out at Kitty Hawk and Roanoke Island, and then return to the home to use out amenities. We over prepared and brought along a lot of toys, chairs, and an umbrella. Though we were glad we brought them, we were overjoyed to see these items supplied. We used one of the shovels even, as we were one shovel short. Thank you so much for having those ready. Our son loved all the rooms and balconies, but discovered a minor issue with them. Previous renters streaming apps were still logged in. I would advise, or ask rather, that you guys look into logging out of all these during the cleaning time. I logged out of most of them, but forgot to do so on every TV. This was an amazing adventure, a lovely home, and a well deserved vacation. I hoped so much to give my lady the vacation I thought she deserved. After 4 years of searching for that perfect vacation, Vacasa definitely delivered. Thank you so much, 5 stars.
