Good room decor..being very new property, everything in room was upto mark

1. Too much mosquito.. so much that no one will be able to sit in pool side or sitout area in afternoon and evening.. its like a spoilsport when you are paying 15k(including GST) for a single night. 2. Breakfast is ala carte.. There is serious lack of coordination among the staff.. every guest was complaining that they are not getting the food they ordered..for us they offered us same food twice .. food (dosa) was cold when it was served to us.. which suggests that there was no one to deliver the food to us on time.. 3. When we checked in.. no one mentioned that there is a bar.. they just mentioned about verandah (their restaurant).. but when at the time of checkout we asked that when will their bar start.. they said they have a operational bar... infact when we asked one of the staff if the spa is operational.. they said they are not sure.. maybe operational.. not sure how staff is not aware of the facilities of their property ( which is a comparatively small property compared to other Taj properties).. Moral of the story.. being Taj they will definately take care of these shortcomings in coming months..but being very new property ( started on 27th Nov 2023).. there are loads of shortcomings and untrained staff.. not value for money for us.. so give it some time ( atleast 7-8 months) before visiting the property
