MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). PETS/ANIMALS: 1 dog allowed$35.00 per night fee PET POLICY IS FIRM. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises. GAS BBQ: Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.
