On our arrival, shower curtain and rod on the floor, broken toilet seat, broken window fixture and broken wall switch. Blinds at sliding back door had pieces missing and could not open and close. Pictures were taken and sent to relevant persons at Global Stay. Microwave was not working. Informed relevant persons via phone and emails. Sent requested video to persons at Global Stay. Multiple calls were made relative to our inconvenience and concerns but there were no follow up and nothing was rectified on any of the above. We also told, “… it is not a hotel, and so there is no staff at hand.” To add “to our inconvenience” money from our deposit were deducted to replaced a window handle. Bathroom structures were not study, namely shower rod in the next bathroom and towel racks. Very poor customer service.
