We rented this house for our closest family and friends to celebrate our wedding with us and it was PERFECT. Best weekend of my life. The house was spacious and had an amazing view. The tiki bar out back was perfect for our bar, the under part of the house had plenty of room for our reception dinner, and we had our ceremony only a few steps from the house on the beautiful beach. Very convenient and easy to rent chairs and tables from the house owner Jodi who is very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this house for your wedding, family get together, or vacation. The house is amazing! We will definitely be back for an anniversary celebration!

We house was large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I would recommended baby gates for the stairs for families with young children. The front porch overlooking the beach was our favorite spot at the house. I would recommend some sanding and maintenance on the wood flooring of that porch.

We had our wedding and reception here The property management was very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork to host the event The house was clean and our guests enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the outside pool area Everyone had a wonderful time The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach made it accessible for morning walks and evening strolls The space underneath the house was more than enough to house 8 table and chairs, the caterer and her staff, a guest favors table, sign in table, cake table, and the bride and groom table We even had space for dancing. I rented this for my mother’s 60th birthday so all of her 13 kids, their spouses and her grandkids could all be under the same roof and it housed all 33 of us! The beach really is right there and they have the facilities (like two fridges, two dishes, a custom large table) to house a large group!

This house was big enough to accommodate five families (with kids) with plenty of room to spare. The house looked like it had just been painted. The pool was perfect size for everybody to hang out and have fun. Beach access was a short walk and the views from the front balcony were amazing. You can take an early morning stroll to grab breakfast at a close by bistro only two miles away. Highly recommend this place!

My family rented the house for Thanksgiving. The space inside was perfect for all of us. The proximity to the beach was so helpful. It was fun for all ages! The only thing we would change would be different gate latches around the pool. The gates just had regular latches, not the ones that are above the gate, making them kid-proof.

We got married on the beach directly across from the house and then had dinner catered underneath the house after sunset. The backyard was perfect for the reception with the built-in bar and patio next to the pool for dancing. We rented tables & chairs from Jodi which was extremely convenient. Jodi was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our bridal party and family stayed at the house with us and everyone agreed that the house and the view of the Gulf was amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

For as expensive and as beautiful as this home is it is sad that there were so many little things needing to be fixed. Such as rotting boards, tiki bar, gate to the pool, paint. With as much as people are paying you need to invest some money back into the property and fix the little things.

I don’t have enough stars or praise to describe what an absolutely perfect and amazing time I had this past weekend at this absolutely gorgeous house for my dream wedding! Everything about this house and it’s location and incredibly friendly owner Jodi and the memorable rock out in front you get to decorate and make your own for your stay was just above and beyond perfect! I was able to rent some tables and chairs for my wedding reception ahead of time, fit my entire wedding party with both our parents all in the house with more than enough room, have my dream wedding right in front of the house by the ocean and walk right back and have such a fun reception with family and friends. The absolute best part was being able to have our dog and fur child be there to celebrate such a special day as it’s so hard to find pet friendly anything anymore. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this house and hope everyone respects it and loves it and cherishes their time as much as we did!

The Dolphin House was absolutely wonderful! My entire family had a great time making memories here. Plenty of room for our family of 25. It accommodated all of us. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is the gate to the pool from underneath the house would get stuck constantly which made it difficult to get in and out. Other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.

This house is beautiful and well-appointed. There is plenty of room for a large group. We really liked being right across from the beach; no loading up the car and driving back and forth. It was nice to have our own pool, too. And we rode our bicycles every day. The streets are quiet. The porch is great for morning coffee. THE Best Place to Vacation for sure!

we loved the house and had a great family vacation. we had a few issues. BUGS in kitchen. The gate in the parking place to the pool was broken. We had a cooler full that was stolen. We also had to call all the gas tanks to grill were empty. We were from Ohio and they told us to fill them. I think that is the job of the rental company to check them when they get place ready for next renter.

I had my small wedding here 9.9.17 and it was perfect! There were 20 of us total and we were all able to stay in this house and have the ceremony right across on the beach. The house is amazing and the agents at Paradise Beach Homes were incredible! They even helped get me the info for the wedding! The only down side is the beds are a little uncomfortable but that's not a big deal to me. The scenery and amenities make up for it! House has plenty of room and a table big enough for everyone to sit around! Overall I loved it and we will be doing a vacation through PBH again!

First of all, the Dolphin House is an amazing house to stay at, and is most certainly a fantastic place to have a wedding (or other event) at. I can't think of anything that wasn't perfect about this home. There is tons of room for the event, plenty of places for guests to sleep, and you couldn't ask for a much better location. Beach access is easy and is mere steps from the house. The owner of the home is super to deal with, and Paradise Beach Homes will help you however they can to ensure your stay goes off without a hitch. When we got there, we couldn't believe how much bigger it looked, the pictures just don't do justice! 30 people stayed in the house and I feel like we had plenty of room. The Dolphin House is AMAZING!! There were 28 of us and more than enough room! Ages 72 - 8 months the house was very clean and the location was perfect! Directly across from the beach!
