You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.   GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).   PETS/ANIMALS: 2 Pets allowed 35$ per pet per night. PET POLICY IS FIRM.   LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
