The bambou house are amazing and cute with the hamac.
The people are soo nice
Maybe it missing a mosquito net for the night around the bed.
And also if you want to finally take the air conditioner for just a night is the double price…

Wir schätzen Lage und Anlage seit vielen Jahren. Neue Pächter seit dieser Saison erneuern die Infrastruktur. Hütte und Mobiliar (alles Holz). Personal sehr freundlich.
Die über Jahre liebgewonnene Kneipe für Frühstück und gekochtes Essen bietet nur noch Wraps und Sandwiches sowie überteuertes Drought-Bier - die wunderschöne Terrasse blieb leer, von morgens bis abends.

Price for rooms without AC was pretty good
Comfortable huts, fridge and free water included,own shower/toilet, very silent - only some dog fights during the night
The staff and owner were super friendly and were helping with literally everything you asked for
What could be improved:
-bigger straws for the smoothies (;
-laundry service (but you have laundry service everywhere on the island so its not a big thing)

Just a step away from the best beach in Koh phayam. Equipment well with all you need for your good value vacation.
Choice of food can be quite limited but dnt forget to they their signature craft beer

I appreciated the beach front bungalow experience, the attentive and helpful staff, the fantastic beachside dining, and the overall value for money.
The nighttime lighting, which appeared a bit dim. But I cannot complain as this seems to be an issue across the island.
