The new appliances.
No welcome folder to explain how things work, strange odor, needs a good cleaning (floor dirty, dirty silverware and dishes), not enough furniture for 8 people, one washcloth and one handtowel, tiki bar delapidated and unusable, “curtains” didn’t fit windows. This place needs attention inside and out.
