A great little house in a safe, quiet neighborhood near a ton of great restaurants. Management responded really quickly to a small problem we had. Highly recommend!

Me and my best friend truly enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was very nice. The decor and artwork make the home very cozy. If you need to catch a streetcar, all you have to do is walk to the corner! We would stay in this property again next time we visit NOLA! Thanks for an awesome stay, in a home as beautiful as a Kashmir Sapphire!

All I can is WOW! My brother and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved this home. Great quiet area that's just a streetcar away to awesome points of interest in NOLA. Boucherie, a great restaurant, is right across the street. Easy check-in and great cleanliness upon arrival. I want to stay here again when I come back to New Orleans. Thank you very much!

This is a terrific property, well located near Tulane. It is on a quiet street 1/2 block off Carrollton, with no noise from Carrollton. The house is across the street from the outstanding Boucherie restaurant, and a minute walk from four other restaurants on Carrollton, including an outdoor BBQ joint with evening music on the front patio. The house is spotlessly clean, high ceilings, with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. New, lovely updated furniture. There is an enclosed back patio with a table and chairs. Highly recommend.

This was a great location for dropping off our child at Tulane. Loved the local restaurants (from Boucherie to Bourree), coffee shops, corner markets and drugstore, and super convenient to the St. Charles Streetcar. We like to walk, and campus wish about 20 minutes away. We didn’t spend much time there, but the kitchen appeared to be stocked with the basic equipment and the washer/dryer was a plus for washing clothes in the extreme humid and hot weather. The air conditioning performed well, which was a necessity! Didn’t spend any time outside, but there’s a cozy, minimal outdoor space in the back. Street parking is free, but not dedicated. Looking forward to coming back in the coming four years!
