Wonderful beach front property! Excellent communication w/property owner. Will book again!

We love Seascape, and have been coming here for years. This condo is spacious, with the 2 bedrms and 2 full baths! Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the BBQ area!! Covered parking was a BIG plus. We will be back- highly recommend!

Family and I enjoyed our short time here. It was great having direct beach access without having to cross busy Galveston SeaWall Blvd. Unit was well appointed for what we needed, and hosts were helpful and communicative. Liked having the swimming pool option after the beach. Only complaint was the pool water was exceptionally warm, and not as refreshing as would have liked. Not sure if that’s a result of the Texas heat, or the hot tub being directly connected to pool. Gulf water was actually cooler. All in all would recommend for a family beach stay.

The Condo came as listed with no surprises. The pool and easy access to the beach were great. Check in was seamless and the property manager reached out to make sure we had everything we need.

We have been to Galveston numerous times and this is by far the best rental we have had. Private beach that is not far and the walk is tolerable for those that might have mobility issues. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading and just people watching. I especially likes the king size bed in the bedroom without a bathroom and would like to know the type because I have a temper-edict and back pain but slept so good those 4 nights. The elevator worked lol that was a huge plus. The condo isn’t far from the elevator. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and washing clothes. The dryer did take a while to dry but it worked. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

2nd time to stay at Seascape Condos. Love the location, pool and over all safety of the property. The beach is not very crowded and just steps away from our condo. Wasn't too fond of the 10:00 check out time.

Everything was smooth and wonderful. Our second time at this condo and will stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at seascapes and definitely feel this condo was the nicest. Had everything as it was listed, great view from the balcony, and the shortest drive into the city compared to other condos on the west end. We loved the easy access to the beach and how secluded it felt. We plan to return and hope this unit is available the next time!

Condo was beautiful and the views of the pool and golf were perfect.

My husband and I have been traveling the southern/eastern states with our teen son/daughter and their friends for the last 3 years. This was a long drive from WI, but it was well worth every mile! Elizabeth was very responsive the one time I had a question and she was sure to message me to find we were settling in okay. We found the condo in great condition and the amenities were spot on. The beach wasn’t as crowded on our end of the island like further east which we were grateful for. The adult only hot tub heater had broke 2 days into our stay, but there was a family tub that we used instead. The pool was clean and inviting and I felt a bit safer with the security team lurking around as a watchful eye. Because the weather can be unpredictable, I would suggest a condo community building so larger groups with kids may still spend time together without feeling crunched in one condo to play games and such. I would definitely recommend this property for a 5-6 person party. I hope this helps!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as stated. Very clean! Property was well maintained and clean as well. A great place to get away and relax.

Great condo to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great views from the apartment and balcony! The apartment was tight with all the large furniture, although the beds were comfortable it made it hard to get around. Too much furniture cluttered the space I felt like there could have been s little more accommodations with basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper or coffee filters. The washing machine had mold on it. Overall the apartment was nice and the community was well maintained.

The bed linens could have been cleaner, the toaster only worked on one side, and the balcony was cluttered with too much furniture that was in need of repair.

Nice little spot and set up for our family. We came to town for a cheer competition and needed a place for my family of 3 plus my elderly parents to stay. Elevator was close to the front door which helped because my mom can’t take the stairs. We did not use the amenities since we were busy, but was able to take a walk on the beach which is super close. Worked perfect for our situation!

We did this getaway for relaxation due to stress for both myself and my wife. It was something that we needed. This unit has a full view of the pool and and an angular view of the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning looking out at the beach. My wife's OCD would have them vacuum the exterior carpet twice a day lol. Walking to the beach there is a gate where it is private for the units. I would say more lighting is needed as we came at night and it was hard to find. No fault of the property owner. We would come down again just the 2 of us for another weekend getaway.

Great place for a nice family trip. Beach was not crowded and location was great. Not too far from main attractions but also not too busy of an area.

We had a fabulous stay here! First, Elizabeth and David are awesome hosts- from quick responses, flexible changes and even messaging us to check on everything once we had settled in. They are outstanding! Seascape in general is dated but this unit has been renovated and updated and it definitely shows! My family rented a total of six units in Seascape and this was by far the best one when it came to updates! The kitchen area is beautiful with a good variety of dishes and necessities to cook a meal. If you are debating between this unit and another, hands down- book this one. Everyone in the family that visited our unit said how much nicer ours was compared to theirs. The two king beds were the major draw for us so we loved that! The units are not huge so space is a little cramped but they have done a nice job maximizing the space. We would have loved a full size mirror somewhere in the unit, but aside from that, we were very pleased with everything the unit had to offer. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, beach and nearby restaurants and attractions. Security was very friendly and helpful and we had zero issues with parking, even with two cars. I highly recommend this property and would certainly book again if/when we visit again! Thanks so much to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Elizabeth was great to work with as a property owner. My wife and I drove down from Wisconsin spending 2 weeks at Seascape, her sister and our daughter each flew in for the second week of our stay. Elizabeth was very accommodating to our travel needs due to airline snafu’s. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Galveston Island.

Perfect location! We loved how close the door is to the elevator so it was easy for our grandmother to get to without a lot of walking. Beautiful view of the beach. The pools are so nice and quiet. Great family atmosphere. Close to so many great restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

My family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. This was our first visit to Galveston. There is so much to do and so much to see! The condo was in the best possible location. Unless you have a large party and stay in a big house on the shore, this is the only place where you can stay seaside and on the beach. There's a nice looking place next door but they are on a seawall so basically they have a parking lot behind them (no beach) and have to walk a trail to get down to the beach behind Seascape. So if you want to be ON THE BEACH, this is the place to be. This unit was very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Each bed had 2 sets of towels (there are beds for 6 if you count bunk beds). The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and the host left sample soaps, shampoo, etc. and hair dryers. The kitchen had everything you could need and plenty of cabinet space for items (ex. snacks & drinks) you may bring. One of the bathrooms has a washer & dryer combo. It's a small capacity unit so it doesn't hold much but it's very nice to be able to run a load or two while traveling - especially at the beach. Not all units have a washer and dryer. This condo has a large balcony (two small table, 4 large chairs and a couch!) with a nice view of the ocean over the pool area. Also on the deck, the host left 4 chairs to take to the beach, a large cooler and a bin with tons of beach toys (pool noodles, boards, sand toys, etc). The host communicates well, before and during your trip. I saw some reviews that complained about how strict they are with parking, security and pool rules, but I have to say, I liked how the place is run. The strict rules keep it nice and safe. We never experienced any problems with noise or trash or anything like that. This unit is on the bottom floor (elevated b/c parking is below) and very easy to access. We only used the elevator once and that was to get our suitcases in when we first arrived but the elevator is really close to this unit (close, yet not so close that you hear it all night). If I am ever back in Galveston, I will definitely try to stay at Seascape again and do what I can to get this same unit. We were very pleased with everything.

Great to stay at a great condo where we could safely walk out the backdoor onto the beach. Everything we needed was right at hand. We would love to stay there again.

Beautiful and updated condo. Pool and beach easily accessible. Two suggestion: increase the check out time to 11:00 am; and add blackout curtains in living room.

I carefully picked this condo and I am very glad I did! It met all our expectations. Many of the condos were not as updated as this one. We also wanted a king bed and many others only had 2 queen beds. Our daughter is 1.5 yrs old and I did not want a balcony off the master bedroom for safety reasons (just one off the living area). The host reached out twice which I appreciated. We had a wonderful time here. Beach grounds were clean and well kept! The 1.5 ft in ground kid pool was great for her. There are multiple pools. Some small details that could be improved: The dryer is super loud (we felt bad running it at night so hung up our wet towels and dried them next AM) and the TV is blurry (my husband says it’s the cable not the TV itself). The condo was very clean and very well equipped. Dirty places and dirty microwaves are big deals for me and I was VERY satisfied with level of cleanliness here. I can see why it had great reviews, it deserves it. The location is great because just 5-10 min and you’re right in town on the main drag. We would stay here at this exact room again for sure!!

Best place to stay in Galveston. Easy to walk to from the beach great people and wonderful staff. Very clean. Definitely we'll be back we back our annual trip

Beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo is furnished with every thing you need for your stay. The washer and dryer was handy. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

My family enjoyed our stay. The listing photos accurately portray the condo. We liked how the owner tried to provide as much seating as possible in the kitchen/living room area, but it felt a little cramped when we were all (4 adults, 1 child) in the space. We enjoyed the outdoor patio (morning shade, afternoon sun) that overlooked the pool. The condo was conveniently located near the elevator, outdoor trash cans, pool, and beach. Although we brought our own shampoo, conditioner, and soap, having hotel-sized toiletries available in each bathroom was a nice surprise. We would have liked more than one dish towel; a rag, sponge, or brush to hand wash the dishes with; and more trash bags, but these items were not crucial for enjoying our stay. Paper towels were provided, but they were the worst quality and didn't absorb much of anything - they just fell apart. It took us a day to realize that the refrigerator was set on the hottest setting when we checked in. I assume the refrigerator was set at the hottest temperature setting to conserve energy, but it would have been nice for the temperature to be already set an a appropriate refrigeration temperature or at least been notified that we may need to turn the temperature down prior to storing any perishable groceries. The owner's communication was excellent both prior to and during our stay. Prior to our arrival, I noticed a previous renter mentioned that the washing machine was not working. I emailed the owner to inquire about the washing machine because an in condo washer/dryer was a factor in selecting the condo. Although the owner initially said the washing machine may not be fixed before our stay because of difficulty locating a part, we were pleasantly surprised to find the washing machine functioning. The owner also followed up to let me know that the washer was working again. I appreciated the owner following up with me regarding the status of the washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would stay here again.

You can never go wrong with Seascape! This unit was perfect. Beautiful ocean view, very comfortable beds, easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful time! We would stay here again for sure!

Mostly positive. Needed trash bags. Only one kitchen towel. My sistet said front matress was horrible. No extra blankets. Washer broken . Overall was ok. Thanks
