We enjoyed the location and comfort of our beach rental. Everyone had a nice space and the owner made sure everything was working well with the property. We also appreciated the abundance of towels. Definitely would like to return on our next visit.

An amazing place but owner sent us pictures of marker stains and stains on couches that could have been done by previous renters. Even if we did do them, they could easily be cleaned with special cleaners. As adults with multiple children we clean these types of messes daily. That should be what the $400 cleaning fee is for. Sounded like she wanted to get some new items in her house so she filed a claim on crazy stuff.

We had a great time with our family including two small kids (3 and 5). The house was very close to the water and at the end of a dead end street so it felt very safe with little traffic. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We are so lucky we found this gem for our mini vacay. It was absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful property very spacious and clean and looked brand new!!! Had all of the amenities made it feel like home!! They kitchen had everything you could ask for if you wanted to cook. The beds were so comfortable and cozy!! The deck had an amazing view of the beach which was literally a few steps away from us. The driveway was roomy and fit our vehicles perfectly!! It had it all literally!!! The property manager was so nice and helpful. The owner had great communication as well. It was just minutes away from places to eat and entertainment !!!We couldn’t of asked for a better place it was breathtaking!!! The pictures online didn’t do it justice so much prettier and spacious in person!!!Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting us make some great memories!!! Will definitely be back again!!! Just can’t say enough of this place it’s just perfect!!!

This trip was everything that we could’ve hoped for. Five senior ladies just enjoying the beautiful weather and a great house. This house was the cleanest house that I had ever stayed in in Galveston. The property managers were great. Would definitely rent this house again.

This beach cottage is in an excellent location. Steps from the beach and an easy drive to all that Galveston Island has to offer. Very nice that the beach is private! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We spent much of the morning and evenings on the deck overlooking the water.
As for the house itself, it is well-represented in the photos online, but for one exception. There is a picture looking from the half bath into a bedroom and it looks like that bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk bed. That bedroom is actually the same bedroom as another pictured with two queen beds. The description of the house is correct; the pictures just make it a little confusing. All of the mattresses were very comfortable, however, we had to get the sheets replaced on three of the beds as they were very pilly. The replacement sheets ended up being pilly, too, so we just turned the fitted sheets inside out (upside-down?), and they were fine like that.
There are lots of beach toys provided, although we didn't need them as our youngest is 13. Several plastic adirondack chairs were nice for the beach, as well. There were a couple of short, folding beach chairs, but they are getting to the end of their lives w/ rust (to be expected this close to the beach). Not many house rentals come with beach chairs/toys, so that was one of the reasons we chose this house.
We would definitely recommend the Beach Peach!

The house was just perfect! The beach is just steps away from the house and the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival! Jennifer, the property manger was fantastic and we plan to stay here again in the summer!

Home was perfect for a weekend away. Decorated to make you feel at home at the beach as soon as you walk in. Large 4 bedroom if you need the space. Easy to sit on the porch to watch the waves of you don’t want to take a walk to look for shells. Great location and loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Would definitely come back again but maybe next time not January so I can swim.

We rented this house for a quick Christmas getaway with family. There were some issues with the electricity, and even though it was a city issue and nothing to do with the house, the property manager and her husband were wonderful and took extremely good care of us. The electricity issues had fried the oven, but even despite that, we had an incredible time. The house is right on the beach, very clean, and updated, and has gorgeous views. We will be back!

We had a beautiful weekend on the beach! Perfect for a large group with plenty of little ones in tow. Especially appreciate the well large supply of towels as we were so close to the beach we came and went numerous times per day!

The morning sunrise view is beautiful from the front porch. There are plenty of beach toys for children and chairs for us. We loved our stay at Beach Peach and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

This place was fantastic! It was extremely comfortable, clean, spacious, great kitchen and kid friendly. Plus some of the most amazing points about this beach house are the fact that it is literally a few steps from the beach and without question the best view in Galveston. Also, it's approximately 6 minutes from the nearest convenience market and even after hours the closest 24-hour convenience store is only about 10 minutes away. There is even a seemingly endless amount of beach toys for my kiddos. There is no doubt I will be back and because of how great the house and everything about our trip was we may even return within a year! The only issue we had was with the TVs located in the guest room and children's room ( there are TVs in every room) which with one text message the unit manager was able to arrive in about 20 minutes and fix the problem. Thank you to everyone involved in making our family vacation and introducing my kids to the beach a wonderful experience!

Reserved this house for my son's wedding in Galveston. Plenty of room for family and friends. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunrise. Will definitely book again.

Very nice, can sleep 14+, but two and half baths would be chaotic at times, kitchen is really small for that many people, but a group of 6-10 is perfect, plenty of seating, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Easy parking, double wide drive and pull through, long picnic table under the house for shade is great. Plenty of beach chairs, we took a tent, was great.
Only complaint, there are no shades on the porch and the home directly faces the east sun so morning coffee with a good read, quiet breakfast with the ocean view, impossible to enjoy, too much glare from the sun until noon.

A very convenient and easy to get to property right on the beach. It was a great vacation home for our two families with small children ages 1 to 7. We especially loved that all the living spaces were on one floor. We all had a great vacation staying here!

This is an amazing property. It sits just steps away from the sand with an unimpeded view of the water. It’s located on a curved street so if your looking for a spot with great sunrise views, this is the place. The house is top notch clean inside and out. It has a table large enough for the whole family. There’s a closet downstairs that was full of beach toys and even had a boogie board. The air conditioner works perfectly. Beds and linens were comfortable. This was an unforgettable vacation for my family. I’m so happy we chose this house. I’m hoping we can come back soon. We just got home yesterday and I already miss it.

We just got home from a 4 day stay at the Beach Peach and miss it already. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The views can not be beat. The house is right on the beach and there are tons of windows. Jennifer and Teddi were great to work with and very welcoming. We can’t wait to go back!

I can't say enough good things about this property! We had kids ranging from 3-13 and it worked out perfect. I could sit and have coffee on the amazing balcony overlooking the beach while watching my 11 eleven year old play in the sand while still waiting for my 3 year old to wake up. It was the perfect distance from the beach and the beach wasn't crowded at all. We could all be on the beach and one of the kids needed to use the bathroom and we could watch them walk to the house and back with no worries. It was in a great neighborhood and it felt very safe for my family. The house was very clean and the owner and property manager were always checking to make sure everything was ok. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make some great family meals. The down stairs area under the house was the perfect area for my toddler and I while the sun was to hot and we could escape the sun but still play outside. The outdoor shower was wonderful since it had hot water and we could all get the sand off of ourselves before entering the house. There was plenty of sand and beach toys available to take to the beach for some sand play. I cant say enough about the wonderful time and memories we made at this beach house:-)

This beachfront home is everything you could want for a getaway - clean house, welcoming decor, comfortable beds, stunning views from a wall of windows or the front balcony. The stretch of quiet, private beach is just steps away and so convenient for families coming and going with little ones. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and floats are provided. Used the cornhole set for daily tournaments in the shade under the house. We absolutely would return again!

We have rented Galveston beach homes quite a few times, and this is the best of them all. The house is all on one floor (the only stairs are from the ground floor up to the house). In addition, there is a shower on the ground floor and a toilet/sink down there too so that you can walk from the beach to use the restroom without entering the house. The beach is steps away, and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck, enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The deck faces east so is shaded starting early afternoon. The beach there is not crowded (and we were there on a holiday weekend). The kitchen has plenty of dishes and all of the cooking gadgets that you would need. The house is newer, had no maintenance issues, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout the house. The owner and property manager were both responsive to questions and were great to work with. The thing I look for most in VRBO reviews is a lot of people saying that they would rent the house again, and you can add us to the long list of people who are saying that about this house. We will be back!
