Great location so close to the 12 Apostles. Only 50 yards from the Great Ocean Road but quiet and secluded. The property was not luxurious but had most things one would expect and few nice extras (for example, a picnic basket with a hand made rug and vacuum flask and other picnic paraphernalia).
Cleaning of the property could have been better to remove all spider webs. Also the knives were all very blunt and the property could benefit from some Pyrex or similar) bowls to use in the microwave,
