This ad was very misleading. It did not state that this is someone's personal residence. Renting out roomsi felt unsafei was not okay with this when I asked the property manager for a refund they declined stating. They couldn't afford to let the room be empty. So basically they robbed me of my money and misled me with an adabout a bed and breakfast outside of the property was horrible bikes piled up everywhere trash everywhere..

Very welcoming. I had a few requests, all of which were met! Quiet (I’m a light sleeper and travel with a small wave machine). Pleasant breakfast setting on deck overlooking lake/lily pond. I’m not familiar with room airbnb (only whole house rental one time) and was pleasantly surprised. 100% recommend if you’re in the area. 30 mins’ drive from Tarpon Springs :))

Perhaps a bead curtain or screen between guest wing and main living area would offer more privacy, as bedroom/s and bath are not ensuite.
