I had a lovely stay at this property. The location was super easy and very convenient with great restaurants right on the same walkway. Loved the view and the apartment itself was very well kept and clean as advertised. Cindy was really easy to communicate with and really had everything we needed for a nice beach trip. Would stay again.

We were stunned at the overall appearance of the place it was clean easy to chk in the view was great. If I had anything that I would have liked change it would be the parking it was a tight squeeze to get in and out but that was mainly due to the fact that I have a big car a little one would have no problem getting in and out. Overall I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!!!!!!

This was our first time using VRBO and we could not be happier. We are fairly seasoned travelers and have used many different home sharing apps, hotels, and other forms of hospitality during our travels. The location of this apartment was perfect to enjoy Mission Beach and Mission Bay. In this area having an assigned parking spot in the garage was vital! The room was incredibly clean; dare I say it was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Truly had no complaints. The room was incredibly well stocked with everything and anything you could need. We were so happy with the whole process from beginning to end and will be back!
Not a negative remark, just a note, the clearance for the garage is not very high so if you have a lifted vehicle or a vehicle with a roof rack you *may* have some clearance issues but any stock height vehicle should be fine. We saw Jeeps and Chevy Suburbans in there. My Subaru Outback Wilderness with a roof rack with luggage on the top did not clear until we removed the luggage. No big deal!

This place is absolutely perfect! Cindy was amazing and prompt. Beautiful views and awesome bikes! The towels and beach chairs were perfect. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this Condo. The location was great, directly between Mission Bay and the Beach. We used the bikes almost everyday and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in San Diego!

We had a good stay here. The place was clean and it was so nice to have all the amenities for the beach lended to us. This location is so close to the beach! One building away to be exact and it is a short walk to Belmont. It was also peaceful at night we would stay again 👍

We usually stay at a hotel on the beach but prices have doubled so we decided to try this out. What a great decision! We were right in the middle of the bay and the ocean, steps from a great coffee shop and Mission boulevard was around the corner. We did not rent a car and found we did not need one. Almost everything was in walking distance. Host was great. Communication was great and checkin instructions were seamless. The condo is nice, clean and had everything we needed. It was on the third floor so a nice view. We will definitely be back and would seriously consider a longer term stay here.

Perfect spot for our Pacific Beach vacation. Views of the bay and ocean off the balcony. Twenty second walk to the beach, and tons of great bars and restaurants right there.

This place has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation! The balcony view is spectacular, the beach equipment came in SUPER handy and the location is in the heart of everything. Cindy was amazing with communication making it super easy to get in and out with ease. We stayed with 2 adults and a teenager, there was plenty of room room for all with the foldout mattress couch. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location, just steps from the beach and Mission Blvd, easy walk to Belmont Park and easy bike ride to Pacific Beach. The property was super clean and relatively quiet, given the area. Enjoyed the bikes and beach accessories!

Awesome place great for couples, it had everything we needed. Cindy was in immediate contact with me throughout our stay she even called me for check in/out help and tips for places to go in the city. We will definitely be staying at one of her properties again.

I would recommend this property for a small family or couple. It’s wonderful , cozy , clean. Just a few steps from the beach. The owner Cindy is a SUPERHOST!

We had a great time. Property manager was great and super responsive. The electrical is a little wonky if you need to run the bedroom plug in AC unit. You pretty much can’t have anything else plugged in to any outlets on the same circuit or you pop the fuse. Fuse panel is right there, so it’s an easy fix, just annoying until you figure out where you can plug in phones if you need the AC.

Cute condo in a great beach location. All the desired amenities were nearby. The unit came with beach chairs and umbrellas so we were all set for the beach. I would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay here in Mission Beach. The place was well stocked and had all the comforts needed for a great stay. Location and parking were so convenient it made the stay even better! Steps from the beach and close location to many restaurants and shopping venues. My little one loved the choices provided for us to use on the beach: boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for making sand castles, even shovels to dig with and much more. Can’t forget about watching the nightly firework show from SeaWorld just a few miles away that can be seen fully from the deck. Stunning views! Cindy was always available to us to answer any question we had! Overall, it was a great place to stay. We would stay here again!

What a lovely experience! This condo was perfect for our stay at mission beach. we had a great experience communicating with Cynthia - she was responsive and friendly and very helpful. She left detailed check in instructions and it was a smooth beginning to our trip. The building has an elevator which is really helpful for luggage. We were greeted by an adorable welcome mat in front of the condo door. The top floor views from the unit were stunning - best of both worlds seeing the bay and the ocean! Great location with many options for food. The beach cruisers came in handy for exploring and the beach chairs and umbrella came in handy for relaxing! The building was so secure and in a nice area so that was comforting traveling to a place we’ve never been. Thanks for having us!

Less than a minute walk from the beach, and was so clean and came with everything we needed! Property manager Cindy was quick to respond to us, and even checked in to see how our check in went! We are hoping to continue staying at this property!

The apartment size looks bigger than it is because of the nice large wall mirrors and the color coordinated decor makes the place look updated and new. Very comfortable for a couple. We rather eat out than cook when we are on vacation but the kitchen looked well stocked. Cindy the property manager was great with communication and we enjoyed our short stay.

This is a cute 1 bedroom apartment, with a view of both the ocean and the bay. The bed is a little soft for our tastes. This place was very clean ; the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials ; and there is good security.

Fantastic stay! Everything you need close by. Beach is super close and amazing! Loved watching the surfers and we saw a big pod of dolphins! We rode the bikes down the beachwalk. Close to awesome food places like the Olive Bakery and The Baked Bear. We loved the beach chairs and the bikes that were available at the rental. Bed was super comfy and shower was amazing! Smart TV kept us entertained. Host was easy to contact and wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This condo was perfect for our needs - which were pretty simple. 50 yards or so from the beach - great walks and sunsets. Quiet and clean - WITH SECURE PARKING. Kitchen was reasonably equipped for a rental. We had a great stay, and Cindy was very responsive and helpful. Kudos.
