Mission Bay est à 12 min de marche et Mission and Pacific Beaches, à 12 min, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking couvert dont dispose l'hébergement.
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec un jardin et une terrasse privée où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur : Wi-Fi et télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite.

Honestly, this stay was perfect. House great location, well appointed, fabulous outdoor kitchen and comfortable living space. We used the bikes provided and didn't drive anywhere. Easy Sail Bay and Pacific Beach access. Can't wait to come back! Met the owner, super friendly.

I almost hesitate writing this review, because I'd like to keep this place a hidden gem so it won't become in-demand and hard to reserve again in the future. ;) But they absolutely deserves a massive 5-star rating!! We have rented homes & condos all over the coast - from Ocean Beach at the south all the way up to Oceanside, and just about everywhere in between - and this place was by FAR the best place we have ever rented. Everything was absolutely perfect in every way!
LOCATION: Perfect! Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of busy Mission/Pacific Beach area to be calm & quiet, but close enough to be right there in the middle of it within minutes of walking or driving. And it's only a few hundred feet to the beach directly down the street in front of the house.
THE HOUSE: Everything in the entire place looked brand new. Very nice furniture, TV's, every kitchen gadget you can think of, awesome back patio and rooftop deck. One nice surprise was TWO showers in the master, which made it so both my wife & I could get ready at the same time! And the crown jewel of it all is the gorgeous palapa on the back patio!! We spent pretty much every night out there grilling and enjoying the fireplace on the patio.Very, very, nice place.
AMENITIES: You will RARELY find a place for rent in this area with a garage, let alone a large underground 2-car garage!! This makes it so you never need to worry about finding parking, or having someone steal your "reserved" spots. They also provided 4 bikes, 2 paddleboards, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, basically everything you need for some fun in the sun!! I went paddleboarding for several hours around Mission Bay and it was one of the most relaxing things I've ever done, and the beach is close enough that you can just carry it a few hundred feet down to the beach and hop on it and off you go! No waves to worry about or wakes from boats to knock you over, unless you get really far out there.
SERVICE: We did run into a few minor issues while we were there (couple of burnt out light bulbs, clogged shower drain), and they were dealt with promptly and without no inconvenience to us at all. All texts and emails were answered promptly and efficiently.
BOTTOM LINE: If you are looking for a nice, calm, peaceful place to spend some time in the MB/PB area, look no further. We will always look to rent this place first when we're back in the area, hope it'll be available!!

If you’re looking for a place that’s super clutch on location- this is likely it. It’s just a block to the beach, which was relaxed on off days and bumping on the “beach holidays,” and we could easily drive around the other other beach allocations, all within about 15 min. However, if you’re looking for A+ amenities to go with that A+ location, this may not be it. Master bed was lumpy and super hot as the only AC vent in the room was... squarely under the bed! Attention to detail in upkeep and cleaning wasn’t there: broken dryer vent, no batteries in the battery-powered garbage can, blender wasn’t wiped down, bugs in the shower, and the freezer looked like it had thawed and refrozen once or twice, judging from the ice tray. Communication with the property management was excellent, however, even at off hours, so overall, still an enjoyable experience.

Immaculate condition and a great place to stay and enjoy Pacific Beach. Everything worked fine, timely turnover and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely stay there next time in San Diego/Pacific Beach.

Our stay at FanuelView15 was absolutely the best! The location is perfect --Sail Bay, the beach, and a little park are all steps away plus there are restaurants, cafes, stores, gyms, everything in walking distance. The townhouse is top notch inside and out. We loved the rooftop patio and the outdoor kitchen with BBQs, bar stools, fire pit, and tons of seating. The owner has thought of everything. You'll love the comfy beds, the marble countertops, and even the beachy art throughout. This is a high-quality rental for sure. Oh, and of course the bikes and stand-up paddle boards in the garage! Seriously, this place has it all. It's a wonderful place to stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

The condo was in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The air conditioner was extremely loud and when on we could not hear the TV. The thermostat was difficult to control. I think it was supposed to be automatic with pre programed times but that was not comfortable for us.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. The bikes, paddle boards and beach chairs were an added plus! We arrived and jumped on the bikes and rode all over. Great location.

This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the bay and ocean. It worked perfectly for our family of 5 during spring break.

This house is great - in a relatively quiet spot but close enough to the PB activities. The patio is really nice as well for a bbq. The only negative was the constant reminders not to have a party or make any noise - kind of puts a damper on things if you want to enjoy the patio with friends and family.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was great. The property was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped and the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

This was a very nice property. It is very close to the bay and a playground, but a longer walk (10-20 minutes) if you want to be close to the ocean, stores and restaurants. We chose it because it is only about 2 blocks from our son, daughter-in-law and new grandchild. It's a nice, quiet and walkable neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our California family to visit.

Very positive,the property was great and yay for the parking garage. the outdoor living space was great. only thing that could have made it better was an outdoor TV above the fireplace but truly the only thing. It is a wonderful property but should be noted it is 3 floors so someone with any difficulty should understand this. would absolutely stay again.Thank you!

We had a great stay in San Diego at this VRBO. The place was so close to the water and a quick 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants on Pacific Beach. Also loved that there were bikes and paddle boards. The place was very clean and also had great outside space. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because we were given the incorrect code for the garage for check in and also the rules for sound at the property were VERY strict. It seemed almost a little overkill the amount of rules there were for noise. Otherwise everything was great!

We loved our stay ..it’s perfectly situated..very close to bay .and beach was a few blocks away...very roomy ..5 adults ..outdoor patio with bar area was great. to hang out .very clean .had some basics in cabinets which was helpful cooking for thanksgiving...amenities are great.
The only thing I would add are fans to cancel noise from street ...made it difficult to sleep at times..
Everything else was just great ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a very nice condo with all of the amenities. We were able to enjoy the fire pit one night and the outdoor grilling area is also amazing. Close to grocery store, beach, shopping, etc. It has it all. Would stay again in a heart beat!

This house has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen was great for visiting while you cook. I'm now making my husband build me one. It has a top of the line grill and side burner, 2 refrigerators, sink, and plenty of barstools. There are 2 patios. The lower patio has a beautiful built in fireplace. There is a rooftop patio with a 2nd BBQ and gas firepit. Beautiful views of the bay. Living room is spacious and has a gas wall fireplace. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and serving needs. Breakfast nook has a cute restaurant booth vibe. Master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed. My husband was amused with the large bathroom that has a tub shower with double sinks then a stand up shower in the separate bathroom area where the toilet is. 2 showers in 1 bathroom speeds up getting everyone ready faster. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The 2nd bedroom has its own bathroom which was extremely nice. The garage has plenty of room for a mid-size car/suv. There's bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach blankets. Beach towels are also provided. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay again. The host was amazing, we had to go in emergency to San Diego, I booked and checked in the same day and earlier than 4pm, that was awesome. The garage could fit my Dodge Challenger what is rare in California, easy check in, beds very comfortable, gourmet kitchen, fast streaming, the roof top have a beautiful view and you are 2 min walk from the water, they let us use their bikes what was clearly a plus. Love love the location, you can walk to nice restaurant and shops. If you bring a dog it's no grass in the fenced patio, but very convenient to take them out around the block. Again we love our stay.

I stayed here with a friend for a girl's weekend in PB. Excellent location close to the beach and little shops. The view was amazing from the rooftop on the 3rd floor. One issue is that it would be difficult for 2 couples to stay as the 2nd bedroom has a queen and trim bunk bed arrangement. Other than that, it was perfect for 2 friends to each have own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 10/10

We had a lovely visit. The kitchen had top brands and really enjoyed patio off the kitchen. The only thing I would recommend is that you unpack you car at front door. The steps up from the garage were steep and narrow and hard to navigate suitcases. thank you Pat
