If you love seafood, being able to see boats and the water, then this is the place to stay in Southport, NC. Walking distance to seafood restaurants and downtown. This place also has an elevator so the stairs can be avoided (this was important for us). Oh, there are 2 bikes there if you are so inclined.. Overall, 5 STARS!

Was completely impressed with the location. Able to walk/ride bikes everywhere. Also enjoyed walking and looking around the Marina out front. Amenities were numerous well thought out. Felt at home alomst immediately. Check in could not have been easier. Shout out to Capt. Rick for being so accommodating.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th the weekend after July 4th. Perfect location to shops, restaurants and the inter coastal waterways. We took our jet ski with us and mapped out our course from Southpoint to N Myrtle It was very convenient to jump onto the ski from our condos location- directly across the street Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect place for a weekend escape to historic Southport! Park literally at your door. Walking distance to everything that Southport offers. Southport ferry just 10 mins away for day at the beaches of Bald Head Island.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to get away for a couple of days in a cute, quaint little town with great hospitality. Everything that we were interested in was in walking distance (restaurants, river tours, and even the downtown area). My only warning to future renters is the ceiling is thin, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors constantly walking back and forth (seemingly nonstop). Also, they had a dog that barked at everyone that walked by. While they didn't seem to care that their dog was barking, it was very disturbing (and we have a dog of our own at home). We will return to the area in the future.

My husband and I stayed in this little gem while in Southport for a wedding and absolutely fell in love with it! It has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the bikes more than we thought we would. It's right by all the restaurants, across from the marina and there's a gazebo to watch the sunrise and sunset. What more could you ask for?!

How about putting “ELEVATOR “ in the condo description… it would have been VERY helpful. We are in our 70’s… hubby is recovering from open heart surgery, so all lifting is on me (with my bad back) I made 5 trips up the stairs unloading And after 4 trips down at end of stay…the maid came…and helped me get cooler down. She said… why didn’t you use the elevator? What?… ya she said there was an elevator out back!! We were told to park out front for our unit. No mention about an elevator. And to think how many times we went up and down and helping hubby.

Whether you are boating, fishing, or just enjoying the town, it’s a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and appropriate amenities for a few days to a week or more stay. Host is friendly and communicates well. Highly recommend!

Since I have stayed in this condo before, I was familiar with it. The location, the ease of booking, the neighborhood and the hosts have always been top notch. The only minor concern was the living room rug. It looked as if someone had splashed coffee on the rug in front of the couch and made no effort to clean it. Otherwise, I would have given the review five stars on every assessment.

What a wonderful stay we had in Southport! The host is fabulous, space sparkling, and the location could not be better. Close to all Southport has to offer and the views of the Intercoastal Water way from the deck are spectacular!

The condo was in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do – the Marina, marsh walk, restaurants, bars, sightseeing and shopping. We also took the bikes out and that was nice. We didn’t realize the room didn’t have a stove, but it does have a microwave and fridge, and that was enough. Coffee maker made good coffee too. Only complaint is that the bed was small, and had one of those foam mattresses. But honestly, we would stay here again. Great value for the location.

We rented the condo for the US Open KMT, unfortunately Hurricane Ian canceled our tournament. We stayed in Southport anyway and rode out the storm! Looking forward to going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the place and the owner was fantastic. We checked in late Friday and got a little confused on where to park and which unit it was but the owner was immediately responsive and helped us get to where we needed to go even offering to come help us in person (and it was 11:00 pm and it was raining!!)!

This was our third stay in one of Capt Tommy’s Units and our 2nd stay in Unit 4. Our family has enjoyed every stay, and look forward to the next one. Location is perfect with a short 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants, either along the charming streets of Southport or the water. Several popular restaurants are about a five minute walk and can be seen across the water from the Condos. Ice cream is also just five minutes! This time we rented a golf cart for a few days, which we thoroughly enjoyed; my granddaughter said she loved feeling like a local. 😊 Southport has become our home away from home and Tommy’s Units as well. Clean, very comfortable, great cable and excellent Wi-Fi. Parking right out front. Guests couldn’t ask for a better owner communicator than Tommy. We had to go home today, but already planning our next visit. Thanks for another great stay, Tommy!

This property is more than advertised! My husband and I had such an enjoyable stay for our daughters first beach trip! It was the perfect size for our little family! Capt. Tommy is a wonderful host and he was able to give us the scoop on the best place to go to enjoy the beach! We would definitely book again and look forward to returning to Southport!

The condo was very clean and smelled very clean. The views overlooking the marina were beautiful. We struggled with the tv, text the owner and got immediate response. The condo was just as advertised. You are walking distance to restaurants. We will stay again.
