This two-bedroom, two-bath fourth floor above ground level, corner gulf-front condo has a beachy/nautical décor and a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanza Pass Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a quartz-top vanity with a lavatory, wall mirror, and storage space beneath and ample closet space with mirrored doors. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
