Welcome to Beach Villas #401, your tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This two-bedroom, two-bath fourth floor above ground level, corner gulf-front condo has a beachy/nautical décor and a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanza Pass Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make arrival a breeze. Amenities also include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, private laundry, and linens and towels are provided. Entry is via elevator to the fourth floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of quartz counter space, along with a stainless-steel sink with disposal. Stainless-steel appliances include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and double-door refrigerator with freezer drawer with ice-maker and water and ice dispenser in the door. There is also a quartz-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side with two bar stools on the other side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six on an area rug. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa with end tables, lamps and a coffee table on an area rug, and two upholstered recliners. Opposite the sitting area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and four chairs. The view from this fourth-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a quartz-top vanity with a lavatory, wall mirror, and storage space beneath and ample closet space with mirrored doors. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and nicely tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with nightstands and lamps, an entertainment armoire with a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The window in this bedroom overlooks the front of the resort and the back bay beyond.
