Staff is rude, liars, thieves, dangerous and scary to customers. They locked us out from our room because we wanted to file a complaint about the service in the restaurant. I decided to leave the hotel and move to another one and agreed with the manager to refund the remaining 4 days. When we left they told us that they will not return our money. They stole my computer screen and after I told them I will call the police to check cameras somehow they found it with their team the second day.

Компоновка номера была довольно странной: двухэтажный номер с широкой лестницей. При этом места на первом этаже очень мало. Номера буквально для двух человек. А мы били еще с двумя детьми, даже за стол не могли все вместе сесть - всего два стула в номере. Ну и конечно цена всего этого удовольствия просто заоблачная почти 1000$ за три ночи.

Where is good location. Superb! I believe it is new hotel in this area and rooms are spacious enough. Their AC was not good though, it comes to your bed and no way to change the grill as it’s one of those portable one, not built in. This was the only down side! Staff is very friendly and helpful though! Breakfast is one of the best part, try truffle egg yummy and crepes!

Well located, beautiful rooms, an excellent gym, delicious breakfast, fabulous swimming pool and a very nice staff

New construction with a modern feel. Rooftop pool and gym facilities exceeded expectations making for a great place to hang out for long periods of time.

Check in was very slow with staff that seemed confused by the task at hand. My first night was spent on the second floor near the road. although the room was very comfortable and clean it was extremely noisy to the outside world. In addition i was woken up at early hours due to construction noises and jack hammering above my room. I stayed a second night and opted for a room much further away and quieter of which was accommodated. This room was great value and comfortable however lacked minor comfort homelike features.

Были в номере всего 8 часов. Номер понравился. Все новое и чистое. Шикарный видовой бассейн на крыше. Бар. Только за окном шум от стройки. Это очень напрягает. В отеле видимо доделывают последние номера. Если бы мы знали, что ремонт не закончен вокруг, никогда бы не поехали туда. Под конец пребывания, после того , как ребенок сходил в туалет, вода после смыва перестала уходить. Это был Просто Кошмар 🤦‍♂️ при смыве аода практически поднималась до верха. Потом очень медленно уходила. В туалет всей семье пришлось бегать на первый этаж в холл перед выездом. Менять номер на полчаса не было смысла. Пребывание было испорчено. О проблеме сообщил на ресепшн. Предложил вернуть деньги, отказали. Думаю, что 140 долларов за номер, где удобства на улице, это перебор.
