After I paid online, the staff at the store did not allow me to check in, and asked me to pay the room charge repeatedly. The staff did not understand the rules of the booking point at all. I talked with the staff at the front desk for more than an hour until 10 o'clock in the evening , I still refused to check in. Claiming that I did not pay, and I applied for free cancellation of the order in the app and did not agree to me. I think this hotel has serious racial discrimination. Asians need to pay double fees to stay. Until now I have paid the room rate but can’t Check in, I want to say to the boss, if I didn't pay the fee then how can I review? i ask for my refund

Breakfast was fair. Location was good.
There was alot of doors banging early in the morning. We were there to relax and sleep in and we couldn’t because of the noise.
