Brand new building and everything was impressive. Small touches like coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7, apples at reception desk makes this hotel even more attractive. They do care about their customers

it was advertised that they have an airport shuttle. They do NOT. You pay a cab to get to the hotel of which they reimburse the costs - NOT the tip. ok, no problem. However, I had to pay out of pocket for the shuttle (read: cab) to return to the airport. Didn't know until I arrived at the airport. The shuttle was one of the primary purposes for my hotel choice.
