This unit is in Marbella del Caribe, a beach front Condominium is located in Isla Verde Beach. It is a comfortable two bedroom, one bathroom, high-floor ocean view unit with a spacious balcony. Both bedrooms also have ocean views. The building is a beachfront building, has a pool, basketball court, play yard. During the months of November- December -January 2024. The building will be painted and replacing bars in the apartments. Please mind this work might take place during your stay. Also served with fish, shrimp, etc. j) Pig on a stick – Lechón (cooked pork) and morcillas (intestines of the pig cleaned and stuffed back with blood and/or blood and white rice). You are close told Old San Juan, La Placita, and Condado Beach also. We are here for our guests as much or as little as they need. Isla verde is the best beachfront neighborhood in the San Juan metro area. There are great places to eat and hang out on Isla Verde Ave, and Isla Verde beach is the best city beach in the metro area.
