Excellent location at the National Museum next to two metro lines (metro station is just in front of the hotel) and in a walking distance from Old Town square and other city centre attraction points. I arrived late and saw how busy and loud it was outside at the Wenceslas square, but in my room which was facing the square I did not hear any noise from outside. The room was comfortable, well-eqipped, with interesting design. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

Not sure, I think there was nothing what I didn't like. I didn't take the breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Underground station was right in front of the hotel and it was supereasy to jump on the train and head to the meeting point. Breakfast was also quite good. My stay was limited to one night only and it was not easy to explore that much.

Not that much to notice in the short period of time I stayed there.

Lack of services. Day manager was not helpful at all. There was a problem where we didn't have water for at least 4 hours and the day manager didn't help at all, just bringing excuses and saying it was not their problem.

Great Location roigt in city centre. Breakfast staff were lovely! Could not be more accomadating to me trying to get me chocolate croissants. Lovely strong coffee.

No Tea/Coffee Facilities in the room that's disappointing for a 5* As lovely as the room was it was super small.

Location is great, near to metro, McDonalds, Albert supermarket and walking distance to old town. Near to the train station as well as we took a train to Vienna for our next destination.

Great stuff and clean all over the place

We had a room in the second floor. It was extremely loud and noisy. There was a kind of ventilation in front of our window and also some really loud vibrations that came from outside the room. Couldn't figure out what kind of machine? It was. Stayed there for 2 nights. Also we got a handicap room. Don't know why.

the staff were very nice. the location was amazing. rooms were getting tidied every day

when we fist came in the room, it was highly dusty and unclean. i could see chunks of dust and hair on the white bed covers and pillows. the toiled had not been cleaned properly. it seemed to have some stains of some sort. the worst part was that the lid of the toilet seat had stains of someone else’s faeces. we asked someone to come and deep clean it the next day. the staff were very helpful, however the stain remained even after the cleaning. it was actually utterly disgusting. also it was super inconvenient that a 5 star hotel did not provide any single use slippers.

Location was on point! Opposite the museum and right next to the metro station. Good selection of breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly and rooms were very clean
