Brand new trailer to make great family memories. We purchased this trailer for our family of 4 and want to share it with friends! Can be delivered and setup at your camp site or towed by most SUVs and half-ton trucks. Great AC system and furnace to keep you cool on the summer days or toasty warm on the winter nights! We have an optional remote-start generator that can be rented if you want to use the AC, TV, microwave or outlets, USB outlets work without it. Queen Murphy bed up front, dinette converts to bed and double over double bunks in the back. Bunk beds have a 200lbs weight limit, one adult or two kids. Black and gray tank emptying is included the price. Don't worry about finding a location or understanding how to empty black/gray tanks. I want to make sure the trailer stays nice and clean for anyone who uses it and so I will take care of that, so its always fresh and clean. A full propane tank will be included each time and is used for the cook-top, to run the fridge and freezer and the furnice. Basic utensils, plates and cups as well as bedding are all provided. Just bring your family or friends! Everything was purchased brand new for this trailer and everything will be in great condition!
