absolutely everything the location was perfect easy to get in and out of the city and to the airport. we had a private room with bath was spacious and suited our needs we did not use the common area but it appeared to have everything one would need.

since there is no air conditioning and humidity is extremely high the room was uncomfortably hot even with the fan in the room it was stifling. being from Florida we are used to heat and humidity. we tried leaving the windows open and that did not improve the situation. I believe it would be beneficial to possibly offer two fans to guests

- Cleanliness and quietness of the place - Close to Wembley Central and commercial area. - kindness and support of the staff members. - availability of cookware.

Towels and linens need to be harmonious.

On street parking was a bonus in London, the property itself was well decorated and generally very clean.

My room, no 1, was right next to the kitchen and people were coming in and out and making noise very late. Doing their washing at 10.30 pm, cooking at very late times, one person even came in at 2.00 am and started cooking which woke me up. My bathroom was separate to my room and it was tiny! I didn’t like having to brush my teeth over the toilet as the only basin in there was part of the toilet. The shower was so tiny you could hardly move around. There were dark hairs in the shower when I arrived too. There was no TV in the room and the mattress was poor quality and I could feel the springs. I didn’t sleep well at all for my two nights there.
