I am writing this review after suffering one night while transiting at this so called Hotel as it's a hotel by name only not by facilities. Reached by evening tired after driving for almost 8hrs to find this hotel away from the IT park mentioned in the address at a secluded location in the farms. Staff is polite and welcomed us saying they have made it like a house . It is actually a building with kindergarten school with part of the building converted to hotel. Deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. No lift in the hotel. Kept only for display on 2nd floor. We were kept on second floor. 2. No power on arrival. So the only AC catering to bed room as well as living room was non functional. 3. Fluctuations in voltage with power getting off n on frequently. 4. No light in washroom which looked like a school toilet cum bathroom. No geyser and on asking if they had solar they told they shall switch it on subsequently on power resumption but finally had to settle for some hot water catered by warning on gas. Rusted taps with stains on floor looked shabby. (Photos attached). 5. No towels in washroom. Toiletries not kept. 6. No disposable slippers. 7. Wifi not able to take load more than 2 devices. So some of us had to use our cellular data. 8. Only two 250ml water bottle provided and moreover no electric cattle or tea bags in room. 9. They ask for complete payment on arrival. No adjustments for timing of breakfast when I requested for an early breakfast as I planned to leave latest by 7am. Maggie provided subsequently on request. 10. Balcony sealed as no access from door in room with the door opening to balcony sealed with tape. 11. My time instead of being spent relaxing in room, was spent asking them to provide for the deficiencies in room that too with no landline in room to speak to reception. I think the room with services is not worth 2.6k taken for one night but it's not worth 1k.
