If you are like myself, I’m big on other people’s reviews of VRBO’s. This one did NOT disappoint.
First of all this property is amazing. Just wow!!!!
Location, location, location!!!!!! It was in the perfect location for what we needed. Downtown dinning/shopping and Oaklawn race track. It’s such a quiet and private neighborhood.
It was SO clean!!! Shout out to Cheryl for this! She does such a fantastic job making sure the property is ready for you to enjoy- it was spotless! Not only the cleaning, but her and I chatted when “checking in” to make sure we had everything we needed.
I really can’t say anything bad about this home. My parents, my dog and I will definitely be back and booking this property again! Beds were comfy, tv room on main floor was cozy, two bathrooms are so clutch, nice kitchen, and tvs in bedrooms.
Adri- the owner of the home was also amazing. Checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. Hot Springs VRBO is lucky to have them!

We rented this property for muy son's wedding in Hot Springs. It is absolutely beautifully appointed with so many cute features. We were sad that we didn't have the time or the weather to enjoy the backyard and pool but we intend to book again in the future!

The property was very nice, welcoming and clean inside. Very lovely home. The outside needs a lot of yard work. Only the areas inside the home and pool are maintained. The neighbors were very interested in what we were doing even to the point of staring in the window…quite interesting. Property owner and manager were very nice and accommodating. Owner leaves a “how to guide” and local interest which was helpful. The pool was the highlight for this getaway. My family joined us for a day of relaxing and splashing. WONDERFUL! Would have been nice to use the grill, but it hasn’t been maintained in a year or so it seems. Would totally recommend this property but definitely needs some outside love.

We had a great weekend! The house is wonderful. Plenty of room for our group of six. The house was beautifully decorated. Clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and air freshener. The towels were thick and luxurious. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. They thought of everything!
The home is located close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

Such a beautiful home! Property was clean and organized. Close to everything in Hot Springs. We loved the pool, especially our 4 year old. The den was great to hang out in, very comfortable. Plenty of room in the house. The shower is amazing - spa like! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hot Springs.
The only thing to note is if you are traveling with a toddler under 2, you’ll find yourself saying “be careful” a lot. Lots of beautiful decor they try to get their hands on. I’d also suggest a high chair for the property just so they don’t get food on the cloth chairs.

The house is kept up immaculately. Anything you need you will find there. Cleanliness was superb and one of the best that I have seen. The home is decorated tastefully and slides not have a lot of Knick knacks. It was very comfortable for us and made it fun even when it rained. The pool is very nice, clean and doesn’t smell of chlorine. I wish that James and Jeffrey owned a home everywhere I traveled. These two know what they are doing. It was our first time in Hot Springs and we had no idea how rich and interesting the history is. The people are just so polite and nice. Cars would stop and let us cross before we even were to the cross walk or “jay walking”. I have never met people who make you feel at ease in a new town and are willing to answer questions and help. They also know the answers or can steer you in the right direction. The basement of the Arlington Hotel has a little Music Store that my teen went crazy for. The greens across are perfect for lazy days. Back to the house, the bedrooms have great bedding and mattresses. Everyone slept great. There were flore fans to cool off or for white noise the bedrooms. There are hiking trails just up the road that we’re really great for hiking and sight seeing. These were not super easy but my 8 year old son made it with multiple stops. The kitchen is stacked, trust me you don’t need anything in that kitchen but your groceries. I have stayed in many VRBOs. This by far has been my favorite, making it one of our family’s favorite trips.

The pictures do not do it justice. House is way bigger than I thought. We had 8 people and never felt cramped. Very well decorated and has a very homey feel. Close to downtown and track. Highly recommend
