Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground. This is a NON-smoking camper. Smoking of any kind will result in total loss of the security deposit. Delivery is free up to 25 miles. Further delivery is an option but will incur an additional fee of $3.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. This is a 32 ft camper with 1 slide and a canopy, you need a minimum of 34-36 foot campsite.
